You have only been doing your best... You probably have already begun that journey. And you are not alone. Most every company in the world has also begun their Quality journey. Initially you might be able to cover a lot of ground in a short period of time by sending your people to get trained and solve problems. But when you are on top of your game, remember some of Dr. Deming's advice: "Don't confuse success with success." Ask yourself how much better might it be if you tried something different. In order to try something different, you have to know something different. ...Now what do you do?
It takes time to learn. It takes time to unlearn some of the things that we were carefully taught that are just not so. That is why Dr. Deming insisted on a long-term relationship with his clients. So do I. His approach was, and mine is, to spend 3 to 4 days per month helping the leaders and their people to improve. This help involves coaching and counseling and private tutoring for the Physical, Logical, and Emotional improvement of the individuals and their organizations. I have satisfied clients around the world with my proven approach. Listen to the Voice of my Customers for some of their comments. |
